Michele Manigart is SEEK Asia’s Chief Strategy Officer
SEEK Asia, a career and employment company, appointed Michele Manigart as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in June 2021. Manigart, based in Malaysia, reports on Florian Dehne, Strategy Director, AP&A (Asia-Pacific & America).
Commenting on Manigart’s appointment, Dehne said, “We are excited to add a man of Manigart’s caliber and track record to our management team.
“It will make a significant contribution to improving our market position and pursuing growth opportunities in Asia.”
In her new role, Manigart is responsible for defining and implementing locally engaging, group-focused strategic priorities while building and leading a team of strategists.
Previously, she was Director of Operations for Global Knowledge and Asia Telecoms, Media and Tech (TMT) Practice in McKinsey & Company’s Kuala Lumpur office. She worked there for almost 14 years and rose from consultant to director.
“Manigart’s appointment could not have come at a better time. We have made significant investments in our Asia team to make our Asia business the leading career platform in Southeast Asia, ”said Peter Bithos, Chief Executive Officer, SEEK Asia.

The new position of Globalization Partners VP of Partners and Alliances for APAC has a new name
Globalization Partners, a global expansion platform, announced the appointment of Craig Goldblatt to his new role as Vice President of Partners and Alliances for Asia-Pacific (APAC) in June 2021. In this role he works in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
In his role, Goldblatt is responsible for key partnerships and growing revenue from strategic alliances with like-minded, dynamic organizations focused on enabling companies to recruit global remote talent anywhere in the world while delivering a seamless business experience for customers and end users to accomplish.
“Craig’s drive, energy and enthusiasm are contagious and his knowledge and professionalism will really help increase Globalization Partners’ role in breaking down barriers to global growth and expansion,” said Charles Ferguson, GM, Asia Pacific, Globalization Partner.
After more than 13 years at IBM, Goldblatt moved to the position of VP of Sales at ADP, which he held for seven years before joining the Globalization Partners team.
Commenting on his appointment, Goldblatt said, “The opportunities for Globalization Partners in the APAC region are enormous and I look forward to working with the team to implement our partnership strategy as we continue to expand our presence here.”
Karthik Krishnamurthy is the VP of Paradox for APAC
Paradox, an AI platforms company, added a market leader to its ranks in June 2021 with Kartik Krishnamurthy as Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) based in Singapore.
At Paradox, Krishnamurthy is responsible for building on the company’s dynamism in Asia – growing partnerships with the company’s current customers in the region and building a team to meet the rapidly growing interest in Paradox products worldwide.
“I am very happy to be on my way to bring Paradox to this region,” said Krishnamurthy about his new position.
“With over half the world’s population and 30% of global GDP, APAC has always been a major growth engine for global companies, and I believe the time is right to grow our business here by helping our clients transform their people strategies. “
Prior to joining Paradox, Krishnamurthy served as the Managing Director of Cornerstone OnDemand in Asia, where he implemented the strategic vision and regional plan to support the company’s growth. Prior to Cornerstone, he worked at LinkedIn and ADP.
“When we founded Paradox, we had a clear vision for building another software company – one that would help customers around the world spend more time with people, not software,” said Aaron Matos, Founder and CEO of Paradox.
“We have been fortunate to work with several global organizations in APAC and to grow our presence organically in the region. Krishnamurthy is a fantastic addition to help drive this dynamic.”
JustCo has a new Chief Financial Officer in Loke Huey Teng
JustCo, a space-as-a-service provider, appointed Loke Huey Teng as Chief Financial Officer in June 2021.
As CFO, Loke leads JustCo’s finance, capital markets and M&A functions. As a business partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Loke is working with the Executive Leadership Team to turn the above roles into a competitive advantage for the company.
Prior to joining the company, Loke held senior finance positions at both private and public companies such as the Singapore Treasury, PSA Corporation and the Mapletree Investments Group. Most recently she was Managing Director Finance & Strategic Development and CFO of the Mercatus Cooperative.
She will continue to be based in Singapore for her new role.
